As you know, I am new to this publishing business and I recently joined a fantastic group called the Liberty States Fiction Writers. We meet every second Saturday of the month at the Edison Public Library. Just from my first meeting, I met a fine group of published authors and non-published authors who were very willing to give me information and tools to use in order to get my own career off the ground.

Fortunately, Liberty States Fiction Writers also has an annual conference. This year, it will be held on March 18th and 19th at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, NJ. I signed up for this event in hopes to meet editors and even a few agents who will be in attendance. I hear it is a great event and I am both excited and nervous about attending.

In addition to registering as an author (both published and non-published), you can attend as a reader and enjoy round robin discussions with authors, reader game times and more.
